Smoked-trout potato latkes, chicken liver mousse, roasted beet and candied walnut charoset

Local halibut gefilte fish quenelles poached in wine, housemade chrain

Matzoh ball soup, fresh spring vegetables, dill oil

Little Gems, lentil, asparagus, spring herbs, arugula, citrus, horseradish dressing


Main

Roasted lemon chicken, sweet potato, sauteed greens, garlic, raisin, chili flake

Slow cooked brisket, root vegetable tzimmes, yukon gold potatoes, horseradish cream, chives

Wild salmon, leek potato crust,  honeyed carrot puree, almond-olive relish

Potato kugel, roasted carrot, parsnip, watercress, spring onion agrodolce


Dessert

Flourless dark-chocolate cake, coconut sorbet, toffee matzoh brittle
