TRUFFLED DEVILED EGG 
with smoked salmon and salmon caviar

ASPARAGUS SOUP 
with chestnuts and Point Reyes blue cheese

DUNGENESS CRAB CAKE 
with caper remoulade

MIXED CHICORIES SALAD
with red wine poached pears, toasted walnuts and French feta cheese

SLOW ROASTED CALIFORNIA YELLOW TAIL
asparagus tips, vegetable cous cous and a saffron tomato sauce

NIMAN RANCH STOUT BRAISED PORK OSSO BUCCO
roasted root vegetables and leek whipped potatoes

WILD MUSHROOM AND GREEN GARLIC RISOTTO
with Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese

with crème Chantilly , berries and a hazelnut wafer
