Apple Cranberry Cobbler

4 - 4oz servings

4ea Granny Smith Apples / peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup   Fresh Cranberries

2Tbl     Butter
1 tea    Cinnamon
¼ cup  Brown Sugar
1 tea Vanilla

Method

Melt butter and add brown sugar vanilla and apples, cook until apples are tender, remove from heat, add fresh cranberries

Divide equally into 4oz ramekins, top with crumb topping

When ready to server heat in 350 degree oven until bubbling and hot through out

Crumb Topping
¼ cup butter
¼ cup  sugar
¼ cup  flour
¼ cup oats
1 tea    vanilla

Combine flour, sugar and oats, then cut in butter and add vanilla, bake in 325 degree oven until light brown let cool and crumble.
